Motor
Drivers comparing cover as a renewal approaches or after buying a vehicle. The line with the highest volume and the shortest window in which an enquiry stays useful.
HS Ocean is a Barcelona-based lead generation company built for the European insurance market. We create consumer demand across eight lines of business and we are judged on one thing: the quality of what we hand over.
Anyone can send more enquiries. The difficult part is sending enquiries where the person genuinely asked to hear from an insurer, gave accurate details, has not already been contacted five times this morning, and is still expecting a call when yours arrives.
That is the whole business. Every check we run, every rule we write and every partner conversation we have exists to protect that one moment of handover.
Each line has its own rules, its own timing and its own definition of a useful enquiry. We treat them separately rather than running one template across all of them.

Motor
Drivers comparing cover as a renewal approaches or after buying a vehicle. The line with the highest volume and the shortest window in which an enquiry stays useful.

Home
Homeowners and tenants arranging cover for a move, a mortgage requirement or a renewal. Property characteristics matter more here than in any other line.

Health
Individuals and families looking at private cover alongside public provision. Wording in this line is reviewed with particular care.

Life and protection
People arranging protection around a mortgage, a new child or a change of job. Longer consideration, higher value, and a strong preference for a human conversation.

Travel
Travellers arranging cover close to departure. Seasonal, fast-moving, and highly sensitive to how quickly an enquiry is followed up.

Pet
Owners arranging cover for a new animal or moving after a price change. Consistent year round with a clear spike after the holiday period.
Four stages. Nothing skips one, including volume from partners we have worked with for years.
A consumer completes an enquiry on one of our partners' websites. What they were shown and what they agreed to is recorded with it.
Contact details are verified, the enquiry is compared with recent activity to control duplicates, and anyone who asked not to be contacted is removed.
Country, line of business, cover level, timing and daily volume are applied before the enquiry goes anywhere.
The enquiry arrives while the person is still expecting to hear from an insurer, and what happened next comes back to us.

For insurers, brokers and comparison platforms
Consumer enquiries in the lines and countries you write, delivered while they are still warm and checked against the criteria you give us. You keep control of volume, timing and coverage.

For publishers and media partners
Written creative and disclosure rules before your first click, a named contact who reads your traffic properly, real reasons when something is rejected, and settlement on a stated schedule.
Three standing commitments that apply to every relationship, on both sides of the network.
You will always know what an enquiry is before you receive one.
The line of business, the country, the source, the wording the person saw and the moment they agreed are all agreed and documented before delivery starts.
Insurer relationships
Partners get the rules before the first click, not after the first rejection.
Creative requirements and the disclosure wording we expect are written down and handed over at onboarding. If something has to change, we say so in advance.
Partner relationships
A person who asks us to stop is removed everywhere.
Objections and withdrawals of consent apply across the whole network and every line of business, not only to the campaign that person happened to touch.
Everyone
If yours is not here, an email reaches a person, not a queue.
We are a marketing company. We work with publishers and media partners who run consumer-facing campaigns about insurance, and we pass the resulting enquiries to insurers, intermediaries and comparison platforms. Everything between those two points — checking, filtering, routing and record keeping — is our job.
Neither. We do not underwrite risk, issue policies, set premiums, handle claims or advise anyone on which cover to buy. The regulated businesses that receive enquiries through us do all of that themselves.
We work from Barcelona across 6 European markets. Volume and available lines differ by country, because rules and market structure differ by country. Ask us about a specific one and you will get a straight answer.
Under the GDPR, in the roles set out in our Privacy Policy. Consent, retention, objections and data subject requests are handled through a documented process described on our compliance page.
No. We pass individual enquiries to a business the person asked to hear from, on the basis described at the point the enquiry was made. We do not operate a data brokerage and we do not sell contact lists.
Email contactus@hsocean.eu with your country, the lines you write or the traffic you run, and roughly what volume looks like. There is no form on this website by design.
That is usually enough for a useful first reply. We would rather have a short specific conversation than send you a capabilities deck.
