Wording, page and moment kept with every enquiry, in every line and every country.
A travel enquiry and a life protection enquiry have almost nothing in common: different urgency, different information, different rules and a completely different idea of what good looks like. We run each line on its own terms.

Drivers comparing cover as a renewal approaches or after buying a vehicle. The line with the highest volume and the shortest window in which an enquiry stays useful.

Homeowners and tenants arranging cover for a move, a mortgage requirement or a renewal. Property characteristics matter more here than in any other line.

Individuals and families looking at private cover alongside public provision. Wording in this line is reviewed with particular care.

People arranging protection around a mortgage, a new child or a change of job. Longer consideration, higher value, and a strong preference for a human conversation.

Travellers arranging cover close to departure. Seasonal, fast-moving, and highly sensitive to how quickly an enquiry is followed up.

Owners arranging cover for a new animal or moving after a price change. Consistent year round with a clear spike after the holiday period.

Owners and operators arranging or reviewing commercial cover. A business-to-business line with a longer cycle and different consent expectations.

Consumers and small businesses adding legal expenses cover, often alongside another policy. Frequently a cross-sell rather than a standalone purchase.
The rules differ by line. The floor underneath them does not.
Wording, page and moment kept with every enquiry, in every line and every country.
Verification, duplicate control and objection lists run before anything is routed.
Enquiries reach only businesses permitted to operate in that country and that line.
The partner and channel behind an enquiry always travel with it.
No. Lines are opened one at a time, because each has its own creative rules, its own information requirements and its own regulatory context. Opening everything at once would mean nothing is really reviewed against the rules that matter.
Health, followed by life and protection. Both touch on sensitive circumstances, both are subject to closer scrutiny in most European markets, and both are lines where careless wording on a landing page causes real harm.
No. Availability differs by market because market structure and rules differ. Ask about a specific country and line and you will get a straight yes, no, or not yet.
Occasionally and slowly. A new line needs a written standard, insurers who can describe what a useful enquiry looks like, and partners who can meet the disclosure requirements. Until all three exist we leave it closed.
Tell us both and we will come back with what is open, what the standard looks like and whether it is a fit.
